Donations to the Wings Of Luv Foundation are exempt “for Federal estate and gift tax purposes if they meet the applicable provisions of sections 2055, 2106, and 2522 of the Code". The Wings Of Luv Foundation is an integrated auxiliary of the Temple of the Lost Sheep, Inc., (TOTLS) a/k/a The Action Committee to Help the Homeless Now ("Action Committee"), a non-sectarian and non-profit religious and charitable organization, established in 1960, and granted 501(c)(3) status by the IRS in 1985. A letter acknowledging the contribution will be sent to the donor.
