ASSOCIATED CHARITABLE MEMBERSHIP. Any company, organization, foundation, charitable organization, religious organization or adult individual (21 years of age or older) whose intention is make loving others a more important part of their activities and is willing to abide by the conditions set forth in these Bylaws, may present an application for membership as an Associated Charitable Member, to the Clerk of “WOL”. An application for membership, on their behalf, may be submitted only with the proposed member's full knowledge and consent. Such application shall be endorsed by one or more members in good standing. In the absence of an endorsing member, a Trustee of “WOL” shall bear witness to the application, after which a majority vote of the Trustees shall admit applicant into membership.

a. Rights Of Membership. At their own election, an Associated Charitable Member's participation can be limited to that of a supporting Member. In the event an Associated Charitable Member should desire to sponsor an event or otherwise become more deeply involved in “WOL's” activities, the Member shall have certain rights and privileges to the same extent as regular members, including the right to seek out new members, participate in joint advertising, raise funds on behalf of “WOL” , and to be compensated therefor. In addition, they shall have the right to send a single representative to Annual or Special Meetings and to be heard thereat, when deemed appropriate by the Chairman of the Meeting, but an Associated Charitable Member shall not be entitled to cast a vote at any “WOL” Annual or Special Meeting.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP

1. The applicant must possess a sincere desire to expand his, her or its sense of unselfish love.

2. The applicant must be willing to stand (at least privately and mentally) in open opposition

to hateful agendas, wherever they exist, and to work and pray for love and peace in the world.

3. The applicant must be willing to abide by “WOL’s” By-Laws as set forth below.

4. A donation of $10, made payable to the "Wings of Luv Foundation", must accompany each

application for membership. ($5 for "WOL" Youth Club Membership)

5. The applicant must be willing to submit an annual membership contribution to the "Wings of Luv Foundation",

of at least $1.
