OFFICERS, BUSINESS, AND GOVERNMENT OF “WOL”
SECTION 1. OFFICERS OF “WOL”. The
officers of “WOL” shall consist of a President, a Vice-President, a
Secretary–Treasurer, a Sergeant-at-Arms, and a Clerk. The Officers shall be elected at the first meeting of the
Trustees, after having first been previously elected as Trustees in accordance
with these Bylaws. One person may hold
more than one (but not more than two) elected offices at one time.
SECTION 2. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, a/k/a THE
“TRUSTEES”. “Director” and “Trustee” are synonymous terms. The minimum number of Trustees, (or Board of
Directors) of “WOL”, shall consist of the minimum of three (3), and a
maximum of fifteen (15) members. The
Trustees shall also be the Spiritual Advisors of “WOL”. At least one third of the members of the
Board of Directors shall be elected or re-elected by the membership once each
year at its Annual Meeting. Each Board
Member shall be elected or re-elected for a term of service of three (3) years
duration unless, during the term of his or her service, such term is lengthened
or shortened by resolution at any Annual or Special Meeting of the members, or
by a majority vote of the members of the Board of Directors, at any meeting
thereof. In the event the Board of
Trustees alter an elected Trustee’s term of office, such decision shall be
either confirmed or corrected by a majority vote of the members at “WOL’s” next occurring Annual or Special Meeting.
SECTION 3. BUSINESS OF “WOL”. The Trustees, whose decisions are final and
uncontestable, shall transact all of the business of “WOL”. Trustees are empowered to act singly or
together as a group, provided such actions constitute the will of a majority of
the Trustees.

of “WOL”, or other
authorized or unauthorized person or entity, anywhere
in the world, shall undertake any special or
unusual activity that is outside
of the normal course of business approved by the Trustees of “WOL”,
without first having obtained the written consent of the Trustees.
SECTION 4. ADVOCATES, WORKERS, MISSIONARIES AND MINISTERS. “WOL’s” doctrines may be communicated through the individual
efforts of its members. The decision of
when a member shall become an advocate, worker, missionary or minister is a revelation
that occurs within each person on an individual basis. As love assumes greater importance in each
member’s life, faithful members naturally fulfill the roles of advocates,
workers, missionaries and ministers of “WOL”.
SECTION 5. SPIRITUAL ADVISORS. “WOL’s” governing Spiritual Advisors are its Trustees. Trustees are also empowered to name “WOL” members, and/or religious leaders from any faith, to the office of “WOL” Spiritual
Advisor. A condition for granting such
title is the Spiritual Advisor’s denunciation of the concept of “the eternal
damnation of man’s soul.” Spiritual
Advisors are also prohibited from teaching any philosophy that conflicts with
one of “WOL’s” essential teaching, which is that: “Man’s soul is cleansed, and relieved from
all penalties due from sin, as a direct consequence of his or her turning away
from sin with loathing, and sinning no more.” The authority to appoint Spiritual Advisors, when and where they may
speak on behalf of “WOL”, and compensation attaching thereto (if any)
shall lie solely and exclusively with the Trustees.
SECTION 6. CENSURE OR REMOVAL OF A MINISTER OR
SPIRITUAL ADVISOR. In the event a Minister, or a Spiritual Advisor,
having been duly accredited in accordance with these Bylaws, is accused of
committing acts unworthy of their office, a hearing to determine the validity
of such charge or charges may be called by any Trustee. If the validity of such charge(s) is
confirmed in the opinion of the Trustees conducting such hearing,
the Minister or Spiritual Advisor may be censured and/or removed from office
upon concurrence of a majority of the then duly elected Trustees.
SECTION 7. DUTIES OF THE TRUSTEES. It shall be
the duty of the Trustees to administer all of the SPIRITUAL and TEMPORAL
affairs of “WOL”, as set forth in its Organizing Instrument and
these Bylaws, as amended.
SECTION 8. POWERS OF THE TRUSTEES. The Board of
Trustees may adopt such rules and regulations for the conduct of its meeting,
the exercise of its powers, and the management of the affairs of “WOL”, as,
in their sole and exclusive judgment, a majority of its members may deem
proper. In addition to the powers and
authorities by these Bylaws expressly conferred upon them, the Trustees may
exercise all such powers and do all such lawful acts and things as may be
directed or required to be exercised or done by or on behalf of “WOL”,
that are not prohibited by statute, the rules of the Internal Revenue Service, the doctrines of “WOL”, its Organizing Instrument, or these Bylaws, as amended.
SECTION 9. TRUSTEE MEETINGS, QUORUM. Meetings of
the Board of Trustees may be conducted at any time or place, at the discretion
of the Trustees, provided a quorum is in attendance. Formal meetings may be called upon 24 hours notice by any
two/thirds of the Trustees to the remaining third of the Trustees, delivered
personally or by any normal mechanism of communication, conducted either within
or without the State of Nevada, provided a quorum be in attendance. A majority of the Trustees in office shall
constitute a quorum at any meeting of the Board of Trustees, except as may
otherwise be provided by the Certificate of Incorporation. Attendance shall be considered established

Trustees. Said
appointment shall become permanent only when and if affirmed by at least eighty
(80%) percent of the members then entitled to vote at any Annual or Special
Meeting called or held,
in accordance with these bylaws, as amended, for that
purpose. The office of Lifetime Trustee
is
permanent and extends for the life of the Trustee. Such appointment is irrevocable unless revocation
of a Lifetime Trustee's appointment is called for by the unanimous consent of the
remaining Trustees,
and affirmed by the consent of at least seventy (70%)
percent of the members then entitled to vote at
any Annual or Special Meeting
called or held for that purpose in accordance with these bylaws, as
amended.
Note: The only
basis for a call for the forceable removal of a Lifetime Trustee shall be significant
and proven behavior that is in conflict with the performance of said
Trustee’s obligations
and duties, as set forth in these bylaws. A Lifetime Member's appointment may also be revoked
in the event he or she abandons or gives up such appointment, becomes permanently incapacitated or is
otherwise unable to properly perform the duties of that office.
b. Vacancies or Removal of Trustees. Any Trustee, other than Lifetime Trustees,
may be removed
from office for or without cause, at any time, by a majority
vote of the remaining Trustees, or a
majority vote of the members of “WOL”,
at any Annual Meeting or Special Meeting, duly called or
held in accordance
with these bylaws, as amended, for that purpose. Except as otherwise provided
in the Certificate of Incorporation,
these Bylaws, as amended, or Section 10 (a) above, vacancies
occurring in the membership
of the Board of Trustees, for whatever cause, may be filled by a majority
vote
of the remaining Trustees, though less than a quorum, until such vacancies may
be filled by the
members at “WOL’s” Annual Meeting or at a Special
Meeting, duly called and held in accordance
with these Bylaws, as amended, for
that purpose.
ARTICLE III
“GOD IS LOVE”
SECTION 1. “GOD IS LOVE”. When a person unselfishly expresses love towards another, that very act establishes a relationship between that person and God. Establishing that relationship is an essential teaching of every legitimate religion on earth. Holding love in our hearts for God and man is, or should be, one subject, about which differing religious beliefs do not disagree. “WOL” encourages each person on earth to express unselfish love towards others on a daily basis, in whatever way their own religious beliefs allow. In so doing, that feeling of closeness to God will become a more important part of each person’s daily life.
Holding another's religious beliefs up to ridicule, regardless of the reason, is a hateful act. The world is wide and contains many opinions, writings and religious points of view that bless and teach their followers how to find God through different pathways. “WOL” holds the teachings of every religion to be sacred insofar as they recognize God to be Love and teach their followers to love others as they love themselves.
Each Member is urged not to forget that God is all-powerful and the only creator of life on earth; that the issues of life and death belong to God alone; and that one who truly loves God will not attempt to stand in His stead, usurp His power, or bring harm to His children.

We all struggle to overcome
problems, some of which are common to us all, and when one person achieves
success, it can encourage other people who may be struggling with the same dilemma.
We gain strength, wisdom
and insight from the experiences of others, especially when they have happy
endings. Please write down the
experiences in which your advocacy for love successfully resolved important issues. Please include ways in which you successfully utilized
some “WOL” principal, idea or suggestion.

Your experiences are
important, not only to yourself but also to others. Documenting your experiences in written or spoken form will
help you remember what you have actually achieved (or not achieved).
Keep a diary or a written
record of the ways in which you have utilized "WOL" methods and tools. Doing so will not only document your
successes, but it will help others by providing them with a concrete example
of how meaningful the power of love has been in your life. If you can do it, maybe they can do it
too. Everybody finds encouragement from
examples of success.

SEND US YOUR IDEAS
YOUR VISION AND ITS FRUITION
“WOL” is
dedicated to expanding mankind's vision of how and why we should love each
other more. People who live in
accordance with that idea, repeatedly advocated in the Bible and other religious writings, will feel their love expand in all directions and return to
them by leaps and bounds “on the wings of love”. After all, it is the expansion of our own visions that enable us
to express love more fully, and enriches our lives. If millions of people strive daily to expand their expressions of
love, then the world will become a better place to live, one loving act at a
time.
The world needs your
love. The areas upon which you have the
most immediate effect are those closest to you, - the ones with which you deal
every day. If you start there and make
that a better place, filled with love, then your vision will expand until your efforts reap
limitless rewards.
You may have little control
over the actions of others but you always have control over what you think and
how you act; especially how you
react. Your happiness, and the
happiness of those around you, will be enhanced as your visions of love
increase. Expanding your vision to
include all mankind, now and into the future, is the ultimate achievement that
will enrich you, and the world, the most.
IMAGINATION
When millions of people put
their imaginations to work finding new ways to spread love throughout the
world, they will create a revolution on earth. The ideas contained here provide a starting point. Every person has an imagination capable of
expanding these concepts into new areas, yet to be conceived.
All things are possible to
those who believe they are possible. You can engage the support of your local and national politicians, (who
always need popular support). You can
make them prominent by allowing them to participate in projects that are full
of love for the disenfranchised.
Put up banners at fairs,
open booths, distribute literature. Solicit support from banks, (who have an obligation to support local
community causes), ask everybody in your block to clear out all of their junk
and offer it in a co-operative yard sale, solicit business owners to donate
products that can be sold or auctioned off, sponsor Prayerwalks, Singalongs and
running events, carnivals, contests, bands, family reunions, talent shows,
etc., etc., there is no limit, except the limitations we place upon ourselves.

others and to preserve a record of the good things you’ve achieved utilizing
your own insight, vision and imagination, please email us at :
